If the batteries are fully discharged and there are no lights on the control panel and any electrical units don't work, do the next steps:

Charging batteries with power only:

1. Turn off the vehicle engine.
2. Plug shore power to shore power outlet on driver side.
3. Check the battery monitor on the control panel. It must show you increasing amps; it means that charging started. It will take around 10 hours to fully charge the 800Ah capacity of the batteries if using only shore power.

WARNING! Do not use shore power charging and alternator charging at the same time! It will cause the CHECK ENGINE FAILURE in Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Vans.

1. Check GFCI outlets on the inverter/charger, push the reset button and check if the 110V power supply is on. 
2. If the inverter/charger remote control on the control panel goes fault, check the battery's capacity on the battery Monitor on the control panel. If the batteries have low capacity, turn off the Inverter/Charger pushing button of the remote control of the inverter/charger and charge the batteries with shore power or use an alternator to charge batteries.

WARNING! Never do not run the vehicle more than 40 minutes in idle mode; it may cause the CHECK ENGINE FAILURE in Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Vans. If you need to keep the vehicle engine on and charge the batteries fully for more than 40 minutes, run the vehicle!
